Project & Construction Management Sector

This sector was established early in 2008 in response to the growing need for a specialised project management facility within the group specifically to address the need for comprehensive project, programme and construction management in the context of large and or complex projects, staffed by highly skilled professionals.

The sector has been established at a time when South Africa faces the conundrum of unprecedented infrastructure development amidst a huge skill shortage – particularly in the management of complex engineering projects.

The objective is to supplement public sector skills with a highly experienced project manpower team to efficiently execute projects, whilst at the same time, mentoring and transferring these skills to bolster the client’s experience pool. Furthermore. a vital function of the division is also to transfer skills to develop emerging contractors engaged on infrastructure projects.
