PROJECTS Valprι Spring Water Bottling Facility Valprι has installed several cleanrooms for their filling lines at their bottling facility on a farm near Paulpietersburg. Bottling spring of mineral water has to be carried out under aseptic conditions. SSI has been responsible for the design and contract administration of the required cleanrooms for these filling lines. These installations comprised environmental control systems (air conditioning), cleanroom structures and electrical services.
Training SSI has provided training for pharmaceutical inspectors for the World Health Organization and various other inspection bodies in the Health and Food industries. We also offer training of personnel for large pharmaceutical manufacturers and the food industry and provide consulting advice on factory layouts to achieve GMP(good manufacturing practice) compliance with respect to staff and product flow.
